We will create a resin art piece using paint, tints and resin learning about design technique. Items to choose from include a small display board or coasters. We will also create a cabachon necklace from our spill over.

Nature becomes art! We soak palm sheaths in water to make them pliable and then shape them into baskets. Usings other elements we design them and add decorator elements. Perfect for a plant display or tabletop basket.

We will experiment with design techniques in flow painting including Dutch pour, balloon print, palate knife swipe and more. We will learn the formulas for creating the proper pouring medium and creating cells. We varnish finished paintings. Campers go home with 2 canvas creations.

We spend a day with beads, wire and more! Using our jewelry making board we can see our creations come to life. We will also experiment with wire wrapping And learn how to use the jewelry making tools. Campers go home with one bracelet and one ring they create

We will practice our drawing skills using graphite and charcoal to blend and shade and add texture to our drawings. We will bring home a realistic drawing of our favorite animal. We will also learn how to cut a matte to frame our drawing.

Classes are held weekly starting June 3,2024 from 12:30-4 pm. Small classes limited to 5 students. Cost is $250 and includes all supplies and materials. Daily/drop in rate is $60 Depending on availability.
